Chisel MH-20 Hollow:
High-strength and specially heat-treated tool steel for high durability and tool life
Chisel MH-23 Hollow+:
Side protrusions of the working part minimize edge tearing when chopping - the gutter is clean, with precise lines
Hollow chisel with wings MH-23 Winged:
Selection of the depth of the bottom of the gutter when cutting thanks to the support surface of the side wings, their angles of attack and the angle of inclination of the chisel, it allows selection of the depth of the bottom of gutter
Chisel with theeth MH-24 Toothed:
High-strength and specially heat-treated tool steel for high durability and tool life
Set of flat chiseld for wood QMH-21 Wood:
Forged, high alloy chrome-vanadium steel (40Cr-V) hardened to 48HRC. Basic raw material, manufacturing process and hardness optimized for the purpose of use in conjunction with electro-pneumatic hammers. Special sideways grinding of the face prevents the chisel from spinning during work
Recommendation:
- when working, regularly lubricate the chisel shank (preferably every 20 min) with a suitable lubricating grease. This will prevent overheating and prolong the life of the machine
- Observe at least approximately the geometry of the angles of the working part of the chisel by regular sharpening. You will achieve consistently high productivity with less effort for both machine and operator
Warning:
During chopping and demolition work, the temperatures of the working part of the chisels reach high values - often 200 degrees Celsius or more. Therefore, be careful when changing chisels or lubricating their shanks
