Transport

The ordered goods will be delivered by courier company GLS to your invoice or delivery address.

SPEED OF DELIVERY

After ordering goods in our e-shop, you will receive a confirmation of your order with the expected date of shipment.

Received orders will be prepared, checked, packed and handed over to the courier usually on the next working day. The courier company will then inform you about the receipt of the shipment and the expected delivery date by SMS and e-mail. A standard delivery time of the courier company within Slovakia is one working day, and within the Czech Republic and Hungary, two working days.

DELIVERY FEE

The fee for delivery is EUR 5 excluding VAT. In the case of orders for more than EUR 50 excluding VAT (for registered B2B partners, more than EUR 150 excluding VAT), the order will be delivered free of charge to the address you specify.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Upon receiving the shipment, please check the packaging for damage. In the case of obvious damage to the packaging, please draw up a damage report with the driver for a possible complaint about the contents of the package, or a refusal to accept the package due to the damaged packaging.
