PREVENTION

When choosing tools and equipment, it is necessary to make sure that the selected type and size exactly correspond to the customer´s needs. Before purchasing a product, the customer shall consider the purpose of the use, material composition and method of treatment of the product. Only well-chosen products in terms of function, performance and dimensions can fulfil the utility value and the purpose of the use of the goods.

During the entire period of using the purchased goods, the customer shall pay sufficient attention to the basic rules of using the goods – not the use the goods excessively or for an inappropriate purpose.

Another prerequisite for maintaining the good condition of the goods and their functionality refers to their regular maintenance. It should be remembered that improper or insufficient maintenance of the goods substantially reduces their full functionality and service life.

WHAT ARE THE THINGS I CAN COMPLAIN ABOUT?

Incomplete shipment, damaged shipment, wrong goods delivered, insufficient quality of goods, late delivery of goods or late collection of tools for repair.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

The complaint shall be made without undue delay as soon as the fault is identified.

Upon receiving the shipment from the courier, you should check whether the package shows any signs of damage (dents, torn packaging, etc.). If you notice any defect, check the contents of the package in the presence of the courier. In the case of damaged contents of the package, draw up a damage report with the courier. It is also important to check the contents and the completeness of the package. Shall the package be incomplete, you are to report it to us no later than three (3) days after receiving the package.

When filling in the Complaint Form, you will need the following details:

·       Number of your order or invoice

·       Photo documentation, based on which it is clear what problem is the reason for making a complaint.

·       Description of the damage
